Do I need experience?

No, not at all!

What should I wear/bring?

Leggings or shorts you can move in, and knee pads if you have them, though I provide as well. water and a small towel. Please avoid oils or lotions on the day of class (they make the pole slippery).

What if I have injuries?

Please let me know before class. I’ll give you modifications and we’ll work safely at your pace.

What’s the flow of class?

Well, depends on the type of class you’ve booked!

For Intro to pole we start with 15 minutes of stretching and dance-based stretching, then learn a routine with floor work, spins, and a simple pole trick, followed by a cool-down.

What’s your cancellation policy?

CLASSES: 24 HOURS NOTICE TO RESCHEDULE ( no cancellation)

PARTIES: 72 HOURS NOTICE FOR FULL REFUND; 48 HOURS notice GETS 50% REFUND OF DEPOSIT.
